High-performance, yet rugged illuminators, the Fiber A-241/A-242 models are ideal for critical machine vision applications in a factory environment where benefits can be achieved by locating the lamp module independent of the controlling power supply.

Both models feature regulated power supplies for consistent light output. The A-242 Dual model features a low profile, single enclosure with two power supplies, each supporting one remote lamp module. The A-241 Low Profile model features a single power supply and remote lamp module. The intensity for each remote lamp module is independently controlled via a potentiometer on the power supply front panel, or remotely, using either the 0-5 VDC 8-bit analog input or an optional RS-232 interface.
