BT & BXT Type
(Threaded end ferrule)
The BT and BXT Type are single branch fiber optic assemblies
sheathed with either our standard PVC monocoil sheathing (BT
type) or our rugged stainless steel sheathing (BXT type). The BT
type cables are rated for temperatures ranging from -40 degrees
F to 225 degrees F. Our BXT cables are rated from -40 degrees F

F to 225 degrees F. Our EXT cables are rated from -40 degrees F
to 500 degrees F.

assemblies are used for sensing very small targets when high
resolution is required. The BY, BLY and BMY type assemblies are
available with straight end ferrules (BY type), 45 degree end
ferrules (BMY type) and 90 degree end ferrules (BLY type).

degrees F to 225 degrees F. Our BXLS cables are rated from -40
degrees F to 500 degrees F. These assemblies feature a rugged
stainless steel termination with “tight” right angle optical
aperture for opposed scanning in inaccessible working areas. The
rugged terminations also make it easy to clamp or bolt to a
mounting surface.

leading edge detection. They are ideal for precise control on
moving a web in opposed scanning. The epoxy molded encapsulators
are rated at 225 degrees F and have mounting holes for easy
mounting.
